Banjo’s Bakery Café certainly isn’t a newbie when it comes to serving up unique mashups of the Aussie food favourites. We’ve seen lasagne pies, double cheeseburger pies, chicken parmi pies, as well as bangers and mash pies, to name a few. Now, Banjo’s has come out with its newest creation. Introducing the Spag Bol Pie.
Yes, you read that right, Banjo’s spaghetti bolognese is exactly how you’d imagine: angel hair spaghetti, rich bolognese sauce, melted cheese and parsley all cocooned within Banjo’s Signature Pie Pastry. Yum!
The Spag Bol Pie is available at all Banjo’s outlets across Australia from Wednesday, June 8, for a limited time only.
In Queensland, you can find stores in Darra, Park Ridge, Cleveland, and more. Then in Victoria, pie fans can try it in Mornington, Traralgon and Mildura. Stores can also be found at Glenelg in South Australia, as well as Glendale in New South Wales, and Tasmania.
Last year, Banjo’s lasagne pie was a huge hit, so we think it’s safe to say that this new culinary creation will be no different.
